I decided to join my friend Jote, in her quest to recognize the things we are grateful for each day for the next 30 days. Driving in to Santa Fe on a very cold day, I looked up at the blue sky surrounding the mountain peaks of the Sangre de Cristos that were sprinkled with snow. I thought how lucky I am to live in a place that still has clear blue skies. Living here we have the cold winter weather but after it snows we usually don't have to wait very long for the clouds to clear and a bright beautiful sky to appear. The snow melts pretty fast and we wait in anticipation for the next snowfall. Maybe tomorrow?
